Your Instructor

Dan has previously served in a career as a professional firefighter-paramedic in the Chicago suburbs. He has also studied at a post-graduate level in seminary study, and is active in a leadership role with his local church.

Being now certified by the USCCA to teach a variety of valuable courses, Dan's passion is to serve the community by equipping students in responsible protection of themselves and loved ones.

Dan uses his experience of teaching in many different contexts near 30 years to bring you a patient and encouraging learning atmosphere that will be fun and rewarding.
